No one was ready for such changes, but there was no other way out. The ACCOUNT Auditing & Consulting team did not have time to panic and get confused, because they were responsible for their clients. Thus began the remote mode.

How did we act?

  2. Developed a communication plan for the team.
  3. We found services and applications that can be used for work and chose Zoom and Trello, and we do not stop using Google Dock services.
  4. We were convinced of their effectiveness and informed customers about changes in our communication and cooperation.
  5. Carry out physical audits and inspections only in the most necessary cases, observing all security measures
  6. Completed all projects that have started quarantining and continue to attract new customers
  7. Improved online skills and calmly continued to work in a pandemic

The average advantages of the remote mode are:

  • Efficiency is not reduced
  • We have mastered the skills of distance work and expanded the range of knowledge
  • Learned to quickly join any change
  • Spent more time with family

The main disadvantages are due to the specifics of our activities, because during the pandemic, there were almost no live inspections. This has complicated certain processes, but not critically.

Will we continue the remote mode after the quarantine is over?

NO. It is impossible to completely reconfigure the activities of auditors online. We hope that very soon we will return to the usual form of work.
