The appropriate opportunity was registered in the Procedure for maintaining the Register of nonprofit institutions and organizations, the inclusion of nonprofit enterprises, institutions and organizations to the Register, and the exclusion from the Register approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 13.07.2016 № 440. Amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution of 16.12.2020 (effective from 19.12.2020).
Then, on the basis of information received in electronic form from the USR on the application for state registration of a legal entity to include an enterprise, institution, organization to the Register automatically create an electronic registration application form 1-RN.
Also, nonprofit organizations were set aside 10 calendar days (previously 30 calendar days) to submit to the supervisory authority registration applications marked "changes" and copies of documents to them in case of a change in the legal form of the nonprofit organization, and making changes to their constituent documents.
New forms:
✔️ extract from the Register of nonprofit institutions and organizations;
✔️ notification of lack of information about the payer in the Register of nonprofit institutions and organizations.
